Stamp Club and Cards!

I am loving being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator. I love coming up with the projects to do every month when we meet. This month was Christy's party at her house. Here's the gals working on the 3 tier pop up cake card that we made. Some of them wanted to kill me---------- but we worked through it and got it done. The projects turned out really cute!

Here's my mom Faleen, Michelle, Lue, Cassy and Cassie

Elaine and Linda

Christy, our hostess

Michelle showing her cute cake card!

My favorite of the 3 projects- using the "Fresh Cuts" cards and stamp set

The front of the cake card (I know, retired scallop stamp, I have no birthday sets!)

The inside of the card- using the Pink Flamingo Designer Series Paper. Cute huh!

Here's the one using 4 new In-Colors and "Trendy Trees" stamp set. Nice and easy- I stitched on the paper with my sewing machine.

Here's Christy's WOW project- it was very difficult but it turned out okay. Just don't look too close! This is using the Good Morning Sunshing Designer Series Paper.

And for the inside- Cute daisy cut with the Big Shot. Man I love that thing!

I made this post for you Tam! We miss you and love you tons!

So much to do.........

So for Memorial Day, we decided to go fishing at our Reservoir. We had a fun time. We roasted hot dogs, and Case and Kyle even reeled in a huge fish! (not really) Miss Eva was good, and liked watching the ducks on the water and eating rocks (really.)

Fun Bags! For Case's Birthday, my sister Tara gave Case a big Capri Sun bag with swim stuff in it. She has been making these bags since she was in high school. Well, I decided it was time to make one, so this one was for my niece Kaylee's birthday. I also made a tiny one for my other niece Lila's birthday. The vinyl bag is a Stampin' Up! concoction. My sister-in-law got the instructions from Convention last year and I made 3 for Christmas presents (Tara, Mom, Tessa) They are so fun and so original. You can use absolutely any paper and ribbon in the world. I am making another for my church tote, so when I get it done, I'll post it. Fun and hand-made!

Pictures of my Casey Boy

When Case's birthday rolls around, which seems way too often, I have his pictures taken. In the past, I have gone to Kiddie Kandids and easily spent at least 100 bucks. Well this year, that was not going to happen so I asked my Aunt if she would take them. She has been taking pictures my whole life and is way good! The pictures of him turned out awesome. They are my favorite! Case learned when he was tiny to smile every time I get the camera out (which is alot) and is so photogenic, on top of being handsome! Happy Birthday Bud! We love you TONS!!!!!!!!

Updated... Finally!

Wow! Where does the time go? I can't believe how fast a month (okay, almost 2) goes by! We have had a great Spring and are looking forward to the warmer weather and being outside. Here's some pics of our latest activities since I posted last!

Easter Sunday- All dressed up in new clothes for church!

Case's Birthday- May 3. He's 4 now! Where did my baby go? Case had a great day and got lots of fun presents- his favorite was his new bike from mom and dad and new fishing pole from
Papa and Grandma Deb. We went to Pirate Island and swimming at the new Washington Community Center. If you haven't been- you gotta take your kids! It's great.

Me and Eva on Mothers Day- Case was too busy to take a picture with us. Taken in my mom's backyard in front of the pretty lilacs!

Case's end-of-preschool program. He has loved preschool and his teachers this year. I sure am glad he has another year left- I am not ready for Kindergarten! They sang 3 songs and then they had a 'circus' with games and popcorn, hot dogs, and a pinata. It was a very chilly windy day, but we had fun.

And this is Miss Eva gettin' around! She is definitely on the move and doesn't want to sit still, unless it's to eat! She's doing a good job of scooting in her cute little way- no crawling yet- for
which I am thankful because I'm going to lose my mind when that happens!

A Fun Night Out

We took Case and Taleena bowling on Saturday night for a fun outing. We had tons of fun. We played 2 games and they took most of mine and Kyle's turns. They were so done after 2 games. Then we gave them a ton of quarters and let them play all the arcade games, which they were in heaven with the quarter cranks, and air hockey. Eva had lots of fun sitting on the floor with a bright pink bowling ball watching all the action! Then we went to Brads for dinner and then to Wal-Mart where they each got a cool glitter water balls. It was a fun evening that lasted until Sunday morning! (Taleena also got to sleep over!)

Snaps of my cuties!

I love the random shots of my cuties. They really show their personalities and what they are like at home. Of course, Eva is either happy, ornery, or silly. Case is usually really happy, wanting the center of attention. Being a mom is truly the best job in the world. It is a job, but seeing pictures like these make it all worthwhile!

DAVID ARCHULETA!

On Tuesday March 24th, Tessa, Taleena and I went to the David Archuleta Concert at the Burns Arena in St. George. We had such a fun time and David was awesome. I had forgotten how amazing he really is. The kid is probably not much taller than Taleena! He's so cute! We got to do some shopping and ate dinner at Mongolian BBQ (yummy!!!!) and then went to the concert. We saw lots of people- Tessa's friends and I even saw Sylvia and her 2 adorable daughters. Yup, we had a fun sisters night out! Love ya sis's!
